Terms and Payments

 

Currency

All our prices are priced in Singapore Dollars. Payments will have to be made in Singapore Dollars. We do not charge Good & Services Tax (GST).

 

Ordering

Email your order with your name, address, contact number, method of payment, credit..

 

Shipping

All orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of payments (or clearance of cheque if it is paid by cheque).

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

By Mail (Within Singapore)

  • We use SingPost for all our deliveries. Please allow SingPost to deliver in 3 to 4 working days for local delivery. Do make allowance for slower turnaround times for your orders during peak holiday/sale periods.

  • If you opt for normal local postages, we have no way to track the package once it leaves our office. We are not responsible for packages that are not sent by registered mail.

  • As such, you may want to register your package. It will be additional $3 add-on to your local postage by SingPost. This option is available at the check-out. Registered post tracking number will be emailed to you.

  • Postages for orders within Singapore are as follows:

Based on Singpost Postal Rates!

  • Orders of S$100 and above will be sent by registered post with no exception. S$2/- will be added on by the system upon check-out. Tracking number will be emailed to you. Postages remain as free.

 

Self-collect (Within Singapore)

  • You may opt to self-collect the order if the order amount is S$80 and above. No delivery charges will be imposed.

  • You may self-collect, we will contact you for arrangement.

 

International Orders

  • International orders must be paid by paypal.

  • Shipping charges will be the actual costs and it is dependent on weight and destination.

  • You have two shipping options:

  • (1) Shipping via Federal Express.

  • (2) Singpost Worldwide Air Parcel Services. Insurance against lost parcels is available for certain countries.

  • Tracking number will be emailed to you.

  • We do not charge any customs duties on international shipments. However we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are required by law to declare the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.


Payment

  • Payments have to be made within a week from the time the order is placed; otherwise it will be automatically deleted by our system.

  • We will not hold merchandise pending for ATM Fund Transfers or cheque clearance.

  • Pay via Credit Card
    We accept credit card payments via paypal.

  • Pay via ATM Fund Transfers (For Singapore Customers Only)
    Transfer the amount to our DBS bank account. Details will be provided in our Order Confirmation Receipt.

Out of Stocks Items

  • If a product is out of stock we do not back order so please re order.

  • If due to unforeseen events, an item that you ordered is found to be out of stock when the order is being pulled for shipment, the amount of the item ordered will be refunded back.

Confirmation of Order

  • We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order.

  • If you do not receive the confirmation, please email us and we will resend to you.

  • If item is unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

Cancellation of Order

  • We will not entertain any cancellations once order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

  • We maintain live inventory on our web site. You will not be allowed to purchase any item that is not in stock. In the rare occasions where the inventory function fails & we are unable to ship an item, we will refund any item purchases that we are unable to deliver.

Exchange And Refund

  • All sales are final and goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please be assured that your items will be packed with the utmost care and nothing will be spared to ensure that the items reach the destination in good shape.

  • We will only exchange your order if there are any shortages. We will assist you with a prompt exchange within 3 working days of receipt. We strive to package orders accurately but we are human so mistakes can occur. If so happens that items are out of stock or limited piece, you can exchange for another item of similar or higher value. You just need to top up the difference. Otherwise we will not exchange your order for any other reasons.

  • Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
